Ceither Adult Portable Bed Rails By Inforce Recalled Due To Entrapment and Asphyxia Hazard
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS (September 21, 2024) – Ceither Adult Portable Bed Rails by Inforce were recalled because they can pose a serious entrapment and asphyxia hazard to users.
The recall was issued on September 19, 2024. Around 1,170 of the bed rails were sold. Consumers could purchase them exclusively through Amazon.
The major problem with the Ceither Adult Portable Bed Rails is that they violate federal regulations for adult portable bed rails. In particular, users may become entrapped within the bed rail or between the mattress.
No injuries have been reported thus far.
