Three Injured In Skokie School Bus Crash

SKOKIE, ILLINOIS (October 12, 2024) – At least three people were injured in a Skokie school bus crash by the intersection of Howard Street and Lowell Avenue.

Cook County officials are saying that the collision took place around 1:22 p.m. on Friday. The school bus was heading down Howard Street when it crashed into the side of the home after a collision with another vehicle.

Paramedics were called to the scene in order to help the victims. The driver of the school bus and two other people in the other vehicle were taken to the hospital.

A full investigation remains ongoing at this time.
