Horwitz Horwitz & Associates Proudly Announces Zbigniew “Zibi” Bednarz as Partner

Horwitz, Horwitz & Associates is pleased to announce the naming of Zbigniew “Zibi” Bednarz as its newest Partner.

Zibi has been an associate with the firm since 2015, focusing his practice in the area of Workers’ Compensation. He has successfully argued cases before the Illinois Appellate Court, several Circuit Courts as well as the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission. Zibi has lectured on the topic of workers’ compensation law before attorneys in continuing legal education seminars, as well as labor unions at periodic local meetings, in an effort to help both the injured workers of Illinois, as well as the attorneys who represent them, better understand their rights and the law.

Partner, Mitch Horwitz said this of Zibi:

Zibi speaks fluent Polish and Spanish, which has allowed him to protect and represent non-English speaking clients. He is an active member of the bar, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and the Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association.
