Tom Kelliher
More than an accomplished trial lawyer in the areas of Medical Malpractice, Product Liability, Personal Injury, Pharmaceutical, Antitrust, Multi-District and Class Action Litigation, attorney Tom Kelliher has enlightened and engaged youth throughout Chicago from 1999 -- 2006 as a volunteer with the Chicago Bar Association’s ‘Law Explorers’, and The Constitutional Rights Foundation Chicago, ‘Lawyers in the Classroom’ programs.
As a mentor of youth between the ages of 12-18, Tom helped students improve their critical thinking skills and employ real-life conflict and resolution tools so they might better understand the foundation of our legal system and embrace the constitutional values it was built upon.
Born in Santa Monica, California, Tom obtained his BA in 1989 from the University of Virginia before attending John Marshall Law School where he earned his JD (cum laude) in 1994. He is a member of Phi Delta Phi, Order of John Marshall, and was Staff Editor of the John Marshall Law Review, 1992-1994.
To bring purpose to the hearts and minds of our youth is to engage them within the world they experience; a view from the inside out, always striving for personal excellence.
