Mitchell Horwitz is a results-oriented attorney with more than 20 years of successful experience in Worker's Compensation arbitration, settlement and civil jury trials. He has the ability, initiative and credibility to drive results with strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
Mitch heads the firm's Worker's Compensation practice and has successfully handled thousands of cases from arbitration through the Appellate courts.
Mitch received his Juris Doctor with honors from John Marshall Law School. He earned his B.A. in Psychology at Northern Illinois University.
He is admitted to the State Bar of Illinois and the State Bar of Florida. Mitch is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, Worker's Compensation Association, Illinois State Bar Association and American Bar Association.
Mitch is a frequent speaker to labor, civic and professionals organizations, including the Carpenters, Ironworkers, Teamsters, Laborers, Plumbers and Pipefitters. Sprinklerfitters, Tilesetters, Steelworkers and Electricians unions.
